Çuğun Dam Lake

Cugun Dam Lake is a dam lake which is opened to enterprise in 1970 to prevent flood and irrigation, it is 20 km away from Kirsehir and placed north west of Çuğun Village. Cugun Dam is a type of soil rock filling. Cugun Dam Lake, which is convenient for especially wind surfing among the water sports, is one of the most preferable area as a picnic and popular excursion sport place. Some fish species lives in the lake, which is suitable for fishing. The lake, which freezes completely in winter also presents a striking view for visitors.
