| Week Of Ahi Culture |
Each year in the third
week of september, various activities and organizations are
celebrated in the whole country to be the centre of Kirsehir.
The main goal of the
organization; the craft on the workshop or counterman, teaching good
ethics in the zaviye (derwish lodge), educate ''Good moral,
productive and hardworking people'' to the community.
Moreover; to perform
high-level production, to produce high quality goods and services, to
protect consumer rights and life, to provide training and information
sharing of manufacturers, to improve the economic and social life of
society, to participate in the country defense when it needs, are
among other objectives of Ahi Culture.
Geographer traveler
İbni Batuta (1304-1369) after traveling over Anatolia by recognizing
the Ahi organization; he said ''I haven't seen more polite, kind and
understanding person than Ahi organization in the world.''
